Select your business type
Choose "Vacation Rental" (Airbnb, VRBO, hotels)
Enter your business name
This will appear in your dashboard
Select your timezone
Used for scheduling and vacancy detection

This is where the magic happens! VacancyVibe monitors your calendar for cancellations and gaps.
What You Need
iCal Feed URL
A special link from your booking platform that lets VacancyVibe read your calendar. This is read-only - we can never modify your bookings, rates, or availability.

Connecting Your Calendar
Feed Name
Enter a friendly name (e.g., "Beach House Airbnb")
iCal Feed URL
Paste the URL you copied from your platform
Validate & Continue
VacancyVibe will validate the URL and show you how many events were found
4Connect Social Media (Optional)
VacancyVibe can automatically create and schedule social media posts when vacancies are detected.
Setting Up Social Posting
We use Mixpost for social media management. To connect, you need two credentials:
Workspace ID
Your unique workspace identifier
API Token
Your Mixpost API access token

Congratulations! Setup complete.
VacancyVibe will now automatically monitor your calendar, detect cancellations and gaps, generate engaging content, and post to your social channels. No further action needed!

Create Property-Specific Pages
Set up a dedicated Facebook page for each property. VacancyVibe posts directly to these pages, building a focused audience of people interested in your specific location.
Share Into Rental Groups
After VacancyVibe posts to your page, manually share those posts into local rental and travel groups. Search for groups like "[Your City] Vacation Rentals" or "[Your Destination] Travel" - these often have thousands of members actively looking for places to stay.
Boost or Create Ads
Use the generated content to create targeted Facebook or Instagram ads. You can boost posts directly or use them as the basis for ad campaigns targeting travelers interested in your area.
Use the Copy Feature
Prefer manual control? Use VacancyVibe's copy feature to grab the generated content and paste it wherever you want - your personal profile, community boards, or any platform we don't directly integrate with.
